Koch Mediation Services operates in a dedicated mediation facility in South Tampa's Soho District at the corner of Swann and Howard (above Panera Bread).  Dozens of restaurants and two hotels are located within walking distance.  Tampa International Airport and downtown Tampa are just minutes away.  Free parking and a limited amount of reserved parking are available on site.  The office can accommodate three separate parties (litigants) and has internet access via WiFi in all rooms.  Off-site services are available for larger groups--please call to discuss.
